1What is the Typical process of selcoating an asphalt driveway?
1. Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the surface to remove any debris or dirt.

3. Applying Sealant: With specialized equipment, the sealant is applied, ensuring an even coat.
4. Drying and Curing: The sealant needs time to dry and cure, usually for at least 24 - 48 hours.

3How Often should I have my driveway sealed?

If you've recently installed a new driveway, wait at least 90 days to a year to ensure the sealant doesn't damage the asphalt, seal coating a new driveway too early may trap oils within the asphalt, resulting in a driveway that is too soft or flexible.
